I am feeling so much better. Can't begin to say what made me feel so blah, but I am glad it is over and my energy has returned.
Last night and this morning I have been doing some more needle punch. Thought I would let you have a glimpse at this design. It is going to be a birthday gift for a dear friend. Once it is done, I will give you another look. Love how my drawing is taking on life of its own. This is a great new evening activity for when there is no binding or new book calling.
This afternoon is going to be a fun adventure, but there is more to that story. We are going to the lumber mill to buy our rough cut wood for our table making workshop. I will share photos and comments later tonight. The rest of the story is that this past weekend I told Kevin that I would love to try my hand at carving but know only what I have seen online about the subject. We bought a couple of books on the subject, and I am still very interested in trying it. Being the person he is, my husband arranged for me to take some lessons from one of the instructors at the school. I start Monday.***
***For those that know me, do not jinx this with your negative thoughts concerning my klutziness. I am going to enjoy this and simply carry lots of band-aids. Love that you care, but please keep the thinking positive about my success!
